My 5-Step Process to Learning Phrasal Verbs

A few weeks ago, a dear teacher friend asked me, while we were recording an episode for her amazing podcast, if I had an antenna for phrasal verbs. What she meant was: am I always noticing when people use them? Ever since she asked that question, I can't help but think about all the times I notice people using phrasal verbs... all the time! That belief stayed with me until a turning point back in college as an undergraduate student. I s...

For many of us, this is that time of year when we sit down and start jotting down plans and goals for the year ahead. One of these days, I caught myself thinking about what I would like to improve in my English, and one of my goals for 2026 is to refine my speech so that the words fly off my tongue effor...
