First of all, season's greetings from our family to yours.

This week, a dear Instagram follower asked me if I’ve ever suffered from imposter syndrome—that nagging feeling of being a fraud, not good enough, and fearing that someday someone will find out we’re not as capable as we seem. As you might guess, my answer was a big YES! I can’t even count how many times I’ve felt like my English wasn’t good enough. So, why does this happen? And how can we overcome imposter syndrome in order to speak English with more confidence?
