This past week marked another important celebratory season for my family. On Sunday, we gathered with friends to celebrate Easter with a delicious Mexican meal (guacamole and chips included… yum!). On the way there, I told my husband how much I’ve come to value creating celebratory rhythms for our family, especially now with young kids. Life gets so busy that if we don’t make time to pause and celebrate, those meaningful moments can slip by unnoticed. That conversation got me thinking about how important it is to celebrate small wins in our English learning journey too. We don’t have to wait until we’re fluent to celebrate. In fact, celebrating small wins can make the journey more joyful and motivating.
